The items for this outfit (minus the tote) are a few years old! I bought this Monki jacket/coat 2 years ago in Hong Kong and just added a button on the chest so I could wear it as a dress. It's great when you revamp your items and you like them even more than when you originally bought it. So glad I bought it back then :)

This is a post featuring my Serpent and the Swan horse hair zip top I bought from the cool Brisbane store, Fallow,  some time last year. I really like the detail of the zip and I always find myself playing with the horse hair on the zip.

Gail Sorronda - Happy Valley

This post is a re-shoot of my Gail Sorronda pinafore because I didn't like the one I posted before. I've finally found my own form for my outfit posts which works well for me (considering that I never really go anywhere!). This is also a kind of rare post because a) I'm wearing a hat, b) because it's a wee bit more feminine that my usual attire and c) because you can see my whole face this time and not just half of it as per gegege no kitarou style :P

New in - _JULIUS7

Firstly, sorry for the overload of pictures of myself! I've kind of gotton over the whole "oh taking so many pictures of yourself is so conceited". People shouldn't have to put themselves down just to prove themselves "humble". There is nothing wrong with self confidence and postivity guys! YOU GUYS ARE BRILLIANT PEOPLE EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU'RE SMART/COOL/ATTRACTIVE ETC.!!! I liked too many photos so I just had to upload a bunch of them :P.

In this outfit post, I'm wearing the _JULIUS brand coat I bought at the second hand designer store in Tokyo called Ragtag. It was very affordable and a great find! Actually my boyfriend found it and wanted it but it didn't fit him so I ended up getting it! :P  I love these second hand designers store they have there because you can find some great treasures at fractions of the RRP. Definitely need to go again!

I quite like this outfit because the details of the coat make something like plain jeans and a turtle neck look a bit more special :) I also really like how the bottom layer is removable!

New in - bi-colour sweater

Quite a simple outfit post just to introduce my sweater I got from Laforet in Harakuju. It reminded me of the men's Ann Demeulemeester FW12' collection but only for a fraction of their price. A simple sweater with cool detailing.

Stepping away from the all black outfit for a second, I thought I would post this outfit featuring my Balmung top I bought while I was in Tokyo. I still have things I haven't posted from my trip! what!? Sorry I'm so slow and keep repeating the whole "when I was in Tokyo". But anyway, if you've read my blog for a while, you may notice that I actually posted about this top before. I was surprised to find it on sale when I visited. Lucky me :P

New in - Y's Yohji Yamamoto

This Y's dress was bought on eBay last year some time. I wore it to uni once and got so many stares even without wearing the hood... I'm looking forward to wearing whatever I want in Tokyo and not getting so many "wtf are you wearing"/ "what a weirdo" stares. Well hoping that will be the case anyway :P
